
21 Day Fix Real Time Review Week 3 - What is 21 Day Fix Real Time? This week was really fun. The reason why I liked it is because she took the hardest move from week to and had us do it for the full minute. It really tested my strength and endurance and I felt STRONG! I show you a little clip of my nutrition so you can see that our rule of thumb is to always pack at least one meal with us when we leave the house because this sets us up for success. It was my daughter’s ninth birthday this week so I had a lot going on she had two different parties and it was also Mother’s Day. We went out to brunch on Mother’s Day and the one thing that saves me is being gluten-free because I’m not tempted by a lot of the empty carbs that are available when I’m eating out. My treat for Mother’s Day was mimosas, of course, and I counted those as all my yellows for the day. I love the freedom the ultimate portion fix meal guide gives us because she lets us choose what we put in our containers and when we eat them. That’s the foundational fix path plan. There are two other plans that she teaches in the nutrition training but right now I am mixing intermittent fasting, which means that you within an 8 to 9 hour window each day, and the foundational fix container plan. I have good energy and I like the fact that I’m not structured to a time nutrition plan. I do think the time nutrition is an awesome way to do it because you know exactly what container you’re eating and when in regards to what time your workout is each day. It sounds complicated but it really is simple so if you are someone who needs structure and to have someone else to write the exact plan for you then you would love the timed nutrition. There’s also the three week carb cycling plan that gives you that quick shred and I also think that’s amazing for anyone who’s getting ready for a vacation or a wedding where they just really want that quick momentum in their journey.
