
Let me start by saying how sore I was in week one and I secretly loved it! I’m excited to not be as sore this week and I’m hoping that my body has adjusted to these new moves. My week started off a little shaky because we went to a new Mexican restaurant after church on Sunday and there was way too much sodium in the food. If you notice that eating out or eating the wrong things sets you back by three days, that’s about average for me as well. My body needs time to flush out the bad and get that nice tight toned feeling again from the good nutrition. Unfortunately, I don’t think many women are like me. My body is really sensitive to things that are not good for it and it’s a blessing and a curse all in one. I’ve been gluten-free for six years and I’m still discovering foods that either give me energy or drain me. Do you feel the same about your body? This week she changed up a little bit on the fitness side. Autumn started with a move from week one but then she would add a bonus move and hold at the end of each min. You’ll see me demonstrate in the video. I loved the diversity and know she will throw us for a loop in week three as well. Change is always good! I also show you how I packed to be gone from the house for most of the day! These containers and nutrition training are top notch!
