
Single arm lat pull down- this is a precision exercise to target the lower lat. attach a single handle to the top of the pulley system. Sitting forward on a bench turned backwards, leaning slightly towards the side you are isolating. Bring handle into you side and squeeze your lat. Keep your chest upright and shoulders back. Make sure to really let the muscle stretch before preforming the contraction.
