
Warning ⚠️ be careful with this exercise. Place hands outside shoulder width. Bring bar overhead. With power and precision press weight directly upward overhead and squeeze shoulders and traps. Here’s where you have to be careful. Slowly lower weight in the same line of pull, be careful not to go to low, instead focus on keeping the shoulders engaged the entire time.
