
Lat Pulldowns- This is a variation of the lat pull down exercise. Pull weight towards to your upper chest and squeeze and hold the bar for about 1 second. Avoid leaning back too much and make sure to really allow your arms to stretch on the eccentric part of the movement. In this video is a set from my workout yesterday. When adding this exercise to your routine I would recommend doing 4-5 sets of 16-20 reps
