Dumbbell wrist twists-

This exercise works the forearm. Stand straight up with dumbbells in your hands and arms at your sides. Bend your arms to curl the weight up until your forearms are parallel to the floor. Proceed to rotate your wrists until palms face the ceiling, then back until palms face the floor. This is one repetition. Time your breath so that each time you begin a new rotation you are exhaling.
