Cable curls (ez bar)

A great exercise to target the biceps. I’m using the outside grip here. Keep your chest upright and shoulders back. Bring bar upward towards your chest. It’s key to keep your elbows in a 90 degree angle. Control the engagement by stabilizing your elbows, allow weight to pull biceps without moving torso. The idea is to isolate the bicep by distributing as much weight and energy throughout the muscle, and as many times as effectively possible.
