Ardha Pavanamuktasana : Wind Relieving Pose
1: Lay down in a open and calm place.
2: Now gently raise the knee upto abdomen.
3: Now slowly raise the head and touch the chin to knee.
4: Now gently return back to normal position.
Ardha pavanmuktasana helps to fight constipation problems, and also gastric problems. It also cleanse your stomach.
Kapalbhati Pranayam :
1: Sit down in a open and calm place.
2: Now sit down in padmasana position.
3: Now exhale and pull your stomach in towards the spine.
4: Repeat this 50 times.
Kapalbhati pranayam increases the oxygen flow in the body, keeps lungs and heart healthy and also reduces stress.
